Speaker 1:

You're listening to the Paradigm you podcast. This is episode 145 and it is a fun one because the last few episodes I have been totally vulnerable and transparent with you on my journey and what created the most momentum, as well as where I am today and how I've accelerated that journey. Now it's your turn. We are going to set intentions together to make sure that you know exactly what you're working towards and how you're going to get there. Listen in.

Speaker 2:

Hey, dad, bring us in.

Speaker 3:

You're listening to the Paradigm you podcast. You're about to start transforming your life by growing your mind and expanding your paradigms. Here we'll cover real life topics, just like the stuff you'd share with a good friend. This podcast will serve up topics that weigh on our hearts and keep us up to date, whether it's navigating parenthood and becoming an adult, or wayfinding, personal development, marriage and money. You, my friend, are in the right place If you're wanting a lot more in life to feel better, to heal, to have peace of mind, to feel powerful in the life and to bring more abundance and prosperity in your life than this podcast is for you. Here we'll offer the opportunity to shift your paradigms by growing your mind, and when you do that, anything you want becomes possible for you. I'm glad you're here.

Speaker 1:

All right, as I mentioned, today's episode is going to be a working episode. Get out your pen and paper, my friends, because we are doing this together. The last few episodes I have shared with you all of the work that I have been doing the last few months. To get me to the momentum that I am experiencing now. I needed to get clarity on what it was that I exactly was going towards, and then I needed to create the roadmap to get there. I've had my head down for quite a few months and I have been working the plan and the plan has been working, and now it's your turn, because two things.

Speaker 1:

One, it's a new moon, and I am a little bit woo, or a little bit, as I affectionately call, a hippie, and because of that, I believe that a new moon allows us to set intentions and to call in what it is we want to create in our life. Equally, I also am somebody who is a strategist. I like to map things out and I like to make my entire plan so that I know the steps that we have ahead of us and I can see with clarity where we're headed and how we're going to get there. Are things going to come up? Absolutely, it would be wild and crazy and like an anomaly if something didn't come up. And equally, if we have a clear plan, if we have that clarity on where we're working towards, we're able to get there so much faster. So buckle up, get out your pen and let's do this together. All right, I've shared my journey in the last few episodes, so I'm not going to camp out there on this episode, because it's not about me today, it's about you. Here's how we're going to get you from where you are today to that massive change spot that you desire to be. And if you're like I don't need any massive changes, I'm good, I just need to tweak this one area of life Awesome.

Speaker 1:

If you need to tweak that one area of life, let me ask you why hasn't it happened yet? Perhaps you are wanting to create more income or more abundance in your life in some area. Perhaps you're wanting to change some piece of your career and your work life. Perhaps you're wanting to, you know, adjust a relationship in some way. Whatever it is that you want to create, let's roadmap how you're going to make those changes to get you where you want to be. Because here's the thing if you don't set intention. If you are not intentional with where you want to go, you won't get there. I know that sounds kind of crazy to say out loud, but if you don't set intention with the life that you want to create, it's highly unlikely that you will ever experience that life. So take a moment.

Speaker 1:

One of my past mentors well, I shouldn't say past mentors, he still is a mentor of mine Jim Fortin would often say if you don't know which direction you're driving the car, you're going to end up in the ditch. And actually I think it's even bigger than that. If you don't know which direction you're going, you don't even know which. You know like way to point the car, to even start driving, and that allows a lot of people to experience immobility. Ooh, stumbled on that one.

Speaker 1:

If you are overwhelmed by the idea of not knowing which direction you're going to go, you guys, most people then just don't take any action. They just stay right where they are. And then a year passes and they're still in the same spot. And then three years pass and they are looking around and they're like why am I still in this piece of life? Like why is this my environment if this doesn't light me up? And then five years pass and they are wondering why things haven't changed. But they haven't changed or created a path to allow them to get to where they want to go.

Speaker 1:

Here's the interesting part, you guys, I get a lot of clients coming to me or prospective clients coming to me, and when I do my initial consults with people, I oftentimes will ask them what action are you willing to take? What actions have you taken thus far to get you to the goals that you want to achieve at some point? And I can quickly determine if it's going to be someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves and take action to get to the, whatever the goal is that they've set their horizon on, or if they're going to look outward and hope that someone else is going to take the action for them and just do it for them. I can tell you, when I was a new young coach like 20 years, like 20 plus years ago now I swear I'm not that old when I was new at a lot of the coaching pieces that I do today, it used to boggle my mind. I couldn't figure out how I could literally hand somebody an entire plan Like I'd, you know, sit down with them, we'd identify their goals.

Speaker 1:

We'd like figure out what might be their blocks. We'd map out everything. I used, every tool in my tool belt, and I would look back after. You know whatever amount of time our sessions were. Sometimes it was like three months or six weeks or even a year, and if they hadn't gotten to that point, it would boggle my mind. I'm like I cannot figure out what else I could have possibly done. It's like I led the horse to water and then I was like shoving a hose up their mouth to try and drink the water and they're choking it and they're spinning out the water instead of actually like drinking the water, because that's what they actually said they wanted. It was fascinating to me and then I realized that it was far deeper than that One.

Speaker 1:

There was a lot of identity work that most people don't identify with. If you have goals that you wish to accomplish and you've been working towards them for a really long time and you just can't seem to figure out why those goals haven't been achieved yet and but you've been taking the action, then there's probably a deeper block that we need to come, we need to identify so that you can actually accomplish those goals. Most people who talk about goals, don't actually? I talk about identity and the subconscious and what you might actually be holding. That's holding you back. We need to release some of those things, but we can't release them until we peel back that onion and figure it out. But Oftentimes, when I reflected on those clients that I at those early years, when I was, you know, a new coach, and I'm like why is this not working? What I realized was not everybody actually wants the goals that they say they want. And when that happens, typically what's occurring is that somebody is looking outward and they're being influenced in some area of their life. And then they're coming to a person like me and they're saying, hey, I'm regurgitating the goals that I've been influenced to say I want, when in reality those aren't their goals at all.

Speaker 1:

So today I'm gonna ask you some hard questions. The first one is what is it that you wish to call into your life? What part of your life are you wanting to maybe enhance or create expansion or abundance in? Or, you know, lean into a new area, to take your life to the next level? And if you're like I'm good, I'm great, everything is, we are, we are coming along and everything is exactly where I want it to be.

Speaker 1:

Maybe this episode isn't for you, but this episode is probably for somebody you know, and if you're in a really good spot, I wanna advocate that you share this episode with somebody that you know in your life who could benefit from a gentle nudge from someone who loves them. So share this episode with someone in your life that you think could use a nudge, that could use somebody to wrap their arms around them and say, hey, I get it, I've been there and I'm going to wrap my arms around you and we're gonna walk alongside your journey together to get you to the place that you need to be. So here's the deal. And if, oh, and if somebody shared this episode with you and they gave you that gentle nudge, that's a really good friend. Like, chalk that away to, like you know, treasures in heaven, because that friend actually cares about you at a deeper level. So give him a hug or a high five or a smack on the butt or whatever you do to your good friends and, just you know, show him some extra massive love, deal.

Speaker 1:

Okay, let's get back to you, setting intentions for the life that you wish to call in. So, going back to my mentor, jim Ford, and he used to also say if you look around in your environment, you can see exactly what you've created. Well, if that's the case, then are you happy with your environment? Are you looking around and you're like, yeah, this is all really, really great, I did this, I created the life of my dreams? Or are you like, ooh, I have some areas that I'd really like to focus on? Well, we probably don't want to focus on every area of your life at the same time, but we can definitely make a plan to work through all of the areas that you would like to see an improvement in, but before we do that, I need to ask you a couple of questions.

Speaker 1:

What is it, if you had to guess, that you may be holding onto, that's holding you back from living the life that you want? Let me ask that again what may be holding you back or blocking you in some way from stepping into the life that you intend? These are stories, these are beliefs, these are paradigms and understandings of how the world should quote, unquote work, but these are areas that I want you to camp out on for a little bit. Maybe you need a journal about this, maybe you need to pause this episode and really write this out and move that energy. But I want to ask you, what do you need to release that you may be holding onto? Maybe it's a story, maybe it's a belief, maybe it's a habit, but maybe it's something bigger. Maybe it's truly a paradigm and an understanding of how the world operates that actually isn't true at all, but it's what you've maybe been raised to believe or you believe to be true.

Speaker 1:

Whatever that might be, we need to do the hard inner work to actually identify what it is that needs to be released so that you can step into the life that you intend, the life that you wanna call in and the life that you wanna create. So what do you think that is? Maybe it's some stories, maybe it's a belief system, maybe it's some habits, maybe it's a past experience that you know. Gosh, that really like left a scar on me and it's still holding me back and it makes me hesitate from jumping into X, y and Z.

Speaker 1:

As I mentioned on previous episodes, I had a story for a really long time that I didn't realize right away, but I needed to release this belief system that if I brought on a business partner, it was going to be dangerous. It was going to be a liability, it was going to make me too vulnerable. But in reality I've had business partners now for many, many years and it has served me very well. But it took me a long time to release that belief system, release those stories, and to recognize that that was really holding me back from going farther and faster. And when I released that I was able to really realize the potential that I had inside me. I was able to understand and realize that I had some pretty big dreams and I was not going to get there all by myself. I needed to link my harness with other people so that we could go farther and faster and bigger and better, because I believe that the site that I had set there's no way that I can make the impact that I am built to make unless I am aligning myself with other people who have shared visions and shared kind of values or whatever it is that I knew I needed to align myself with. I could better serve people if I was aligning myself and releasing those stories.

Speaker 1:

So I'm going back and I'm going to ask you what do you need to release? And here's the caveat to that, as I ask you what you need to release. I want to invite you to make sure and to guard yourself. Guard your heart on this one, my friend. Guard the ego, because if you come up with things that you're like these are the things I'm realizing that I need to release, that no longer serve me and where I want to be in my life you can quickly jump to shame, you can quickly jump to being a victim. You can quickly jump to all of these things that are going to make you feel bad. Maybe it's fear, maybe it's shame, maybe it's guilt, maybe it's embarrassment, whatever it might be. But here's the thing release those two because they are not going to serve you. And those are all in the past and this is an opportunity for you, my friend, to step into that new way of being. So let's release anything that no longer serves you. Write it down.

Speaker 1:

You know I used to do many, many years ago. I used to lead groups on some different kind of personal development journeys, and one of them was we were going, we would burn anything that we needed to release because it was a shift in energy. So we would write down anything that was holding us back or holding us down or weighing us down or weighing our heart down or cluttering our minds. We would write all of these things down on pieces of paper and then we would burn them in like a ceremonial like let's burn that crap, let's get it out of our bodies, get it out of our minds, get it out of our hearts and move it into a different energy. And it was a really impactful and profound way to like move that through us. So if that's something that you know like sparks your interest see what I did there sparks If that sparks your interest, write it down and burn it because it's not serving you anymore. And if it's not serving you, it's holding you back from being awesome, and I believe that you have awesome inside of you.

Speaker 1:

All right, now that we've identified those stories and those old beliefs that need to get out of us, what's the next thing we need to do? Well, we need to start daydreaming a little bit. So I want you to daydream a little bit. I want you to realize what is your actual potential. Now, this could be a big ask for one episode, so we can probably unpack this over the next couple of weeks, but I really want you to start thinking about, like who am I? Who am I built to be? Why am I on this planet? These are, like told you, these are big questions. But who am I meant to be while I'm on this planet, at this moment, in this lifetime, in 2023? And I'm at blank age and this is my environment in my life. What exactly did I come to this planet to do? What was my mission when I signed up?

Speaker 1:

If you're somebody who's like, oh yeah, I believe in this stuff. I believe that I signed up to come to this planet to have X, y and Z impact on the world. What do you think that would be, even if you don't believe that, if I asked you that question and you were like all right, I'm going to set aside any of my like spiritual beliefs and I'm going to answer the question why are you on this planet right now? Because I believe me, april. I believe that you are here on purpose. I believe that whatever spiritual belief of higher being that you align with, I believe you were created and intended and you are knit together on purpose with unique threads woven throughout you that are not woven through me. You're running a completely different race. You have completely different lessons to learn and impacts to make on this planet. So, if that's the case, what do you think those are? What are some of your unique gifts, you know?

Speaker 1:

So I asked my kids and I we like to have. We talk about this often, but in our family we say that every single person has unique superpowers, and it's fun to identify what those superpowers are. We've been having a lot of fun with that this summer because we've been having a lot more babysitters, because mom and dad have been very busy with building our businesses this summer and we made a commitment that we would make sure that our kids still had a really awesome, fun summer while we signed up for some stuff that we knew we wanted to do and that took us away from our kids a little bit more than we liked. And so each day or I shouldn't say each day, but each time my kids are interacting with a new babysitter or people that they're surrounding themselves with, I'll ask them like, hey, what do you think that person's superpowers are? And it's fun to hear what they can see, because what I've realized is, everyone around you sees your superpowers, but oftentimes you don't see those superpowers, and even if somebody actually calls you out on those superpowers, it takes a lot of work to convince you that they are real and that they are your superpowers.

Speaker 1:

You'll be like no, no, no, that's not me, it's cool, nope, nope. And people are like so like they just deflect all of those compliments. But other people can see your superpowers. So let me ask you what are your unique superpowers? So, for example, I have one kid who believes that they have super speed and they have super strength and they are an awesome, incredible dancer. That's super fun, right, like. I'm like, that's cool. And as they've grown, they've changed and adapted their superpowers. They're like oh, this is my superpower. Now I have another kid who is crazy, crazy creative, crazy creative, like. I watched them and I'm like, seriously, if creativity could ooze out of your pores, it would literally be like smeared all around my house because you're just so creative. It literally is smeared all around my house with different art projects and creative like, yeah, I don't even know the right vocabulary because I don't identify as a crazy, creative, artistic person, but they do. And so, instead of them not realizing what their superpowers are, we talk about it, we celebrate it and I encourage them to really pay attention to how they can bring light and beauty to the world with their unique superpowers.

Speaker 1:

It's super fun when you start playing that game. So if you have kids or if you have other people that you're like, I wanna talk with you about my superpowers or your superpowers. Try it the next time you're in a car ride with somebody. Just be like hey, what do you think your superpowers are? If you had superpowers and I'm not talking like I can fly through the air and just stick my arm up and, just like you know, lift off I'm talking about actual superpowers that people can see every single day. It's super fun.

Speaker 1:

So what are your superpowers? What is your potential? What are the things that you have inside you that other people may not have, and what do you think that you were given that for, and what kind of impact do you think that you could have on the world using those superpowers? How can you bring light and beauty and love and kindness to the world using your unique gifts, your unique talents? Because here's the thing we gotta release some of that stuff that might be holding us back.

Speaker 1:

And then, when I ask you to talk about and think about your superpowers, it triggers a different part of your brain. It triggers the more creative part of your brain that's actually going to start daydreaming and start thinking about these things. And we're actually kind of mobilizing a different part of your brain to start thinking about the things that light you up. And it's actually going to light up your brain. If you can imagine, your brain is like almost like a little light show. You know it was dimming when we had all those things that are weighing us down that we've now released, and then, as we start to think about your superpowers, your brain is actually lighting up. It's creating new neural pathways and belief systems based on what you believe. It's really fun.

Speaker 1:

I'm trying not to get too technical on you and if you want me to get more technical and talk about the scientific pieces of your brain and how it's working, happy to do that. I've been nerding out on it for a couple of years now, but at the end of the day, we want to release anything that's holding us back in those belief systems and then we want to start triggering all of the cool like creative pieces of our brain so that we can start harnessing who it is that we are actually meant to be. Right, this is cool, right. And if you're like, no, this is so uncomfortable. Keep listening, because if you think this is uncomfortable, my friend, you probably need it more than the person who's like, oh, I dig this, I dig this, I dig this. Well, here's the thing. If you're feeling uncomfortable because you're like I'm feeling blocked, I do not know what my superpowers are, do me a favor. Go to someone who loves you and ask them what do you think are some of my unique gifts? And you know, you might have put them on the spot a little bit so they might need them in it, but I'm pretty confident that most people can identify what your unique gifts are and if you start to think about it, start writing them down.

Speaker 1:

You can also do this exercise as a journaling exercise. Pull out a piece of paper and just write all of the things that you're good at and just say, okay, I'm going to write for 10 minutes and I'm not going to stop writing, because then that forces you to keep coming up with things, instead of allowing yourself to be like, nah, I'll just do this later, I'll just do this later. Well, later is today, so let's identify it. Okay, now that you've identified some of that potential, I wanna invite you to rewrite what it is that you believe to be your story? What is it that you wanna set your sights on? And maybe you can skip steps one and two, because you've already done those things. You've already done some of that transformational work. Because you've been listening to this podcast for a while. I get that.

Speaker 1:

And if you're like, oh, I have more onion layers to peel back, let's peel those back and let's keep going, because you, my friend, have an impact to make and people to serve and people to help, but you're not going to be able to get there if you're being bogged down by any of these things that are holding you back. It's just being honest. So, what kind of life you wanna create? We have to start a couple of steps before that. We can't just say, oh, I wanna wave my magic wand and I looked at a magazine picture and that is the life I want. Well, that's great.

Speaker 1:

But, as I mentioned before when I was talking about clients who would come to me and they would say I want X, y and Z, but then a year goes by and I've been coaching them the entire time and I can't figure out why they're not getting the massive results that normally happen when I use the same tools that I know work. It's because the goals that they've set are not actually their goals. They're looking outward and they're being influenced by what they think they should want. But I wanna ask you what do you actually want? Let me ask you again. I wanna slow down and ask you what do you want In this moment? What do you want in your life? What do you want to create? What do you feel you are built for but are not experiencing yet? Because that probably means that's the direction we're headed and you might just need somebody in your ear telling you that it's available to you. And we just need to do a couple adjustments of the dial to make sure that we are not allowing things to hold you back and weigh you down, because that is not serving you.

Speaker 1:

So let's rewrite the story. What is it that you want to call into your life? What life do you wish to call in or create? What intentions do you want to set? You know, many, many years ago so this way, I don't even know how many years ago my family was highlighted in a magazine and I was so honored by the title that they chose they chose intentional living and that we were on the cover of this magazine and it was the Hadsinski's intentional living, choosing to live the life that they wish to create step by step. And I was like man, that is so cool, but at the time it didn't really like it, didn't. I didn't realize the magnitude associated with that. But years later I understand.

Speaker 1:

When you are intentionally living, you're creating the life that you want by taking the aligned actions. But if you don't know what direction you're going, you don't know what those aligned actions need to be. And here's the thing the direction that you are headed may change. Let's be honest, our paths, they twist and they turn, and that is not a mistake, because there are lessons nested within there. But if you have your sights set on something big, if you have your sights set on a goal, whatever that might be, we just need to map out those aligned action steps to get you there. And some of those aligned action steps might mean releasing things that no longer serve you. Going through, perhaps, your friend list and saying, okay, who are the toxic friends that I need to release from my life, that are weighing me down? Who are the people that I need to align myself with, that are going to lift me up and light me up and challenge me and advocate for me? Who are the people that I need to link my harnesses with so I can go farther and faster? Who are the people I can learn from? I want to ask you some of these questions because these will spark some of that information for you.

Speaker 1:

You may not have the clarity of which direction you're headed, what that intentional life is that you want to create. And, quite frankly, when we were on that magazine cover, that was like eight years ago and when that happened I had a very different direction that I thought I was headed and, quite frankly, I've been taking the aligned action. But my path twists and turns because life happens. Things come up and you adjust and you adapt and you learn to not necessarily be attached to that end goal but actually experiencing all the twists and the turns and having the capacity to enjoy each one of those moments. But again, if you're so bogged down by this reality that you don't have a vision, if you go back to a couple of episodes ago, I was talking about teaching my kid to ride a bike and when they look down, oftentimes they start to wobble and that's when the insecurity and the fear kicks in and that's when they tip over oftentimes. But if they have their side set on the horizon, if they look at where they're headed, oftentimes that evokes a confidence. They get up taller, they hold onto those handlebars so much differently and they're able to keep their balance so much better. It's the same with creating the intentions.

Speaker 1:

What is it that you intend to create? If you're looking down and you're, or if you're looking outward at other people's lives and you're looking at how they're creating their life and you're like I want that, but that doesn't actually light you up, you're going to wobble because you're looking down. But if you can get really, really clear on what it is that you want in your life, guess what happens? You guys, you start going in that direction. It's really cool, I kid you not. You ride the bike and you go to that direction and it's amazing. And you're going to twist and turn. You're going to, you know, navigate different things that come up.

Speaker 1:

But I want to advocate for you because I am shocked at how few people are doing this out in the world. If there's something that you want in your life, you want to call in, it's available for you. All you need to do is align yourself with the right people who can keep you on path, who can keep you taking the aligned actions, whether that's a coach, whether that's a loved one who is an advocate for you, whether that's an accountability buddy who is going to do it right alongside you, or if that is some other support system that you have in your life. There are ways that you can get to the life that you wish to call in the intentions that you wish to create, but if you aren't willing to take the action of figuring out what it is one that you want and, two, identifying the path that you need to take, a year from now, you're going to probably be right where you're at now and I want to ask you is that okay with you A year from now? If I say a year from now, you're going to be exactly where you are now, but you're going to be one year older. You called that. Or a year from now? I'm gonna ask you, like hey, it's been a year since we were talking about this stuff.

Speaker 1:

Have you made any changes? Have you achieved the things that you're working towards? Or have you at least taken action and started moving in that direction? Because some of these are big, hairy, audacious goals that may take a couple years, but most people overestimate what they can do in one year, but they underestimate massively what they can accomplish in five years. It's fascinating. I look at some of the goals that I have, you know, I set maybe five years ago and I'm like, wow, knocked all those out of the park Cool, I'm a totally different person now. Now my goals are different. Now they've set. I've moved that bar and I've changed where I want to set those intentions. But that's because I've changed, because I've been taking the aligned action. I've been growing and leaning into that transformation.

Speaker 1:

This is all a journey, my friends, and I invite you to keep moving forward, keep leaning into who you're meant to be and calling in the intentions that you wish to call in, because today is a new moon and we get these all the time. So every new moon you have an opportunity to set those intentions. So you can actually listen to this episode every new moon if you want to. I would be honored and you might get tired of hearing the same thing over and over, but I want to invite you to realize your potential and to step into who you are meant to be. Okay, on that note, I'll get off my soapbox and say you are loved, you are light and you are powerful. It is now closing time. Cheers to Good Caravans.

Speaker 1:

Hey guys, it's April here. If you are someone who likes to know exactly what is happening and you want to hear it from me first, I'd like to invite you to hop onto our newsletter. We send a weekly newsletter from Paradimew and, as you can tell, we're going through some major shifts and changes, which is really exciting, and our journey truly has been accelerated. And if you want to follow along that journey and you want more information than just this podcast, I invite you to join us for our weekly newsletter. We don't share your information. We don't share your information with anyone. That side note is a bad move and bad car in my opinion, and we don't span you and blast you with a bunch of crap. I just don't. I don't love that and I wouldn't want to do anything to anyone that I wouldn't want to be reciprocated to me.

Speaker 1:

So we put good energy out through our emails and through our weekly newsletter.

Speaker 1:

This means that we are guiding you with information, we're offering additional resources beyond what this podcast has, or we're giving you first information, like insider information before we tell anyone else.

Speaker 1:

And, let's be honest, there are thousands and hundreds of thousands of people who listen to this podcast and if you want to get the information before all of these people who are listening to this podcast, you're going to want to be on our newsletter. We send them out once a week, like I said, and that is it. We send the information, we put good energy into your inbox and then the rest is up to you. So the link is in the show notes. I invite you to sign up because we have a lot of big changes happening and I want to make sure that you get that information so that you can stay on track and inspired and you can keep moving towards who it is that you are meant to be and tapping into all of the gifts that you have and are unique to you. All right, on that note, cheers to good karma, good energy and awesome things in your inbox.

Speaker 2:

Thank you for listening to this entire podcast. I hope this episode has left you feeling curious and inspired. This podcast is intended to create expansion in your life through unique stories and shared experiences, and if you enjoyed today's episode, I have a request. I'd like to ask you to share this podcast with your friends and family. I bet they'd enjoy it just as much as you have. And, if you found value, please share this on your social media outlets. That is good karma in action, my friends. All right, it is now closing time. Cheers to good karma and the power to choose joy.

Speaker 4:

If you like this, tell your friends.

Speaker 2:

Stay tuned for the end, because we have outtakes. You're making me laugh. That's awesome. That's so cool. You can do that.

Speaker 3:

Okay, four, okay, don't laugh though.

Speaker 2:

We can't edit that out.

Speaker 3:

No, that's going to stay there.

Speaker 4:

Hey, are you even listening?

Speaker 3:

Speaker 4:

Let's hear that You're projecting a little more than I am.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's what I'm looking for.

Speaker 4:

I have to open my belly up.

Speaker 2:

Yes, Okay, then I can talk. Can we do that?

Speaker 4:

Yeah, I can talk like this. Hey, getting a few snow flurries out there, it's going to be a long ride home on the commute tonight You're going to want to leave work a little bit early. Coming up next, we've got some Jams from the 80s.

Speaker 1:
